Apartment vacation rentals in Cannaregio, Venice

This is a wonderful apartment in a quite area. It is very comfortable and is just as pictured. We loved our daily view from the balcony. Very walkable location to the main areas (15-20 min to main area). There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Please note there are no elevators. I simply filled my extra carry on at the base of the stairs to make it easier for me to get the luggage up the stairs. Be sure to follow their clear instructions to get to the apartment…. Definitely take their instructions for the Valporetti Ferry. It brings you just 3 minutes away from their location. Avoid walking from the train station because you will encounter many bridges with no ramps.. not fun! The air runs from the living room so we kept the bedroom door open to keep it cooler. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a full kitchen and washer… everything was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Troisième séjour (d'une semaine) dans cet appartement agréablement décoré, idéalement situé, et surtout disposant d'une magnifique terrasse sur le Grand canal. Chambre très calme, liaison très rapide avec Raffaella. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine !

Excellent appartement avec air climatisé, grand et très propre. Proprio très accueillant et flexible. Très facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport et à distance raisonnable de marche pour se rendre à la place St-Marc. Quartier paisible avec une épicerie très proche et d’excellents restos. Bref, un appartement que nous louerons sans hésitation lors d’un prochain voyage à Venise.

Anna's appartment is absolutely wonderful. If you get a chance to stay here for a real Venetian experience I recommend it. When we return to Venice again the first place we will look at is Anna's apartment. The photos & desrciption don't do the apartment justice. Thank you Anna again for letting us stay. Appartement quite small but more than enough for 2 people, we weren't by any means mislead, the rooms were spotless and the host had gone out of their way to accommodate guests, there was a booklet full of recommendations - places to go, things to do etc. Biggest standout for us was quality communication, and clear instructions, super helpful host, thankyou! - 5 stars :)

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! Ilaria and Andrea’s place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect location and being right on the canal you will see gondolas and boats going by all day. The place has incredible interior design and it has everything necessary for a great stay in Venice. A special thank you to Ilaria for setting up our water taxi to take us back to the airport at 4 am.

Davide’s AirBnB was one of the nicest I have personally stayed at. The description perfectly matched what we stayed in, very clean and walkable to everything. It was very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. The neighborhood was so nice with a grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Venice again!

Nicola and Silvia were great hosts. Very responsive . … got us out of a jam. The place was clean, well stocked. The beds were very comfortable . Great location. So close to everything .

Absolutely the place to stay when visiting Venice!!! It was peaceful and quaint and absolutely gorgeous!!! Very comfortable place to come back to after a long day of touring the city.

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

Andrea was such a friendly and helpful host, who made our stay in Venice so easy. His apartment is stunning, stocked with every amenity you can imagine. It is the perfect location for some of the best local restaurants and easy walkable access to the main city centre/transport etc. A must stay for anyone booking their next trip to Venice!

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Made a reservation less than an hour before we wanted to check in and the host responded and then immediately went to make sure it was clean and ready for us to check in. She even let us store our luggage there while she finished and bought us a drink at a restaurant 2 doors down. The place was perfect because of how close it was to the train station, to avoid dragging our bags far and I loved that it was not quite on the Main Street to avoid noise but also not too far to have a long walk to where people were. First time in Venice, it was a super beautiful city, and the host provided a google map list of restaurants, grocery stores, and important places to visit. I’m so grateful to our host, she was amazing!

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to wherever you want to be. We had a slight mishap with the shower drain but they explained that this happens rarely during high tide given that the unit is on the ground floor. And they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Also the private transfer they arranged for us was absolutely worth it. It is a bit pricey BUT we felt it was worth the convenience and not having to worry about a thing...and the private water taxi itself is like a beautiful boat tour of Venice. We would gladly stay here again if/when we make it back to Venice!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Une excellente visite chez Marco. Je recommande vraiment. Nous étions proches de tout et il y a plusieurs petits cafe juste a côté. Nous avons même fait un repas et mangé dans la cours ultra mignone. Très calme.
