El apartamento es súper grande, muy acogedor, todo muy limpio y las personas muy amables y atentas, 100% recomendable a solo 20 minutos de Venecia

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Gutes Appartment für Familie oder auch Paare. Tolle Lage. Wir haben einen Ausflug auf Venedig gemacht. ca. 25min zum Schiff und mit dem Schiff ca. 30 min fahrt. Ruhigerer Teil von Jesolo. Direkt ein Spielplatz für Kleinkinder nebenan. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 10min erreichbar.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr sauber. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein eigener Strand waren noch eine tolle Zugabe. Linda war immer hilfreich und hat uns unterstützt. Wir haben jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen.

Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Venice! The apartment was incredibly spacious and spotless, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet. One of the best features was the balcony overlooking a charming canal; it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The hosts were also wonderful—very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommended!

Fantastica esperienza!! Location bellissima, pulita, a 5 minuti dal mare. Ampio giardino ben curato, la mia cagnolina è stata benissimo. La proprietaria Patrizia è veramente molto socievole e gentile, sempre pronta a dare indicazioni utili e sempre disponibile. Comunicazione durante tutta la vacanza eccellente. Consigliatissimo!!

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Wonderful and private location—exactly what we were hoping for. The space was clean, pristine, and looked just like the photos provided. A perfect getaway spot, highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

Sehr nette Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war beeindruckend. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber, ein hoher Sicherheitsstandard ist gewährleistet und es gibt sogar einen privaten Parkplatz. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
