The ferry takes about 20 minutes, allowing you to forget about parking and the car if you prefer. We look forward to seeing you!

It is a ground floor and totally independent so you do not need an elevator and it is accessed directly from the street avoiding any contact with neighbors and common areas. It is centrally located and has all the amenities within walking distance without the need to use a car. The beach is just a few meters away, just across the street.
