Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever rented! Fran, thank you for everything! Your property was a true refuge for us. Abraços, Tati and Leandro.

The apartment is impeccable and very comfortable to be with children. The building was very safe and practical for access from our arrival. The pool is really heated and clean. We highly recommend staying

The space matches the images, I even thought the photos would have been taken in 5x but the environment is really large and accommodated the whole family very well, everything very clean and well organized, the only complaint would be from the building manager Izabel, unfortunately one of the women entered through the social entrance without knowing that she could not and was scolded in a loud and disrespectful tone, with threats to register a complaint with the real estate company, I found the tone offensive and super unnecessary even after leaving through the gate and entering through the correct gate the complaints continued! But about the environment, it's wonderful, I would definitely come back! 10-star rating

We loved the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I found it very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings for cooking, basic things that we do not need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper were available. Host Barbara is very dear, she was very attentive to all the details of the house to receive us, responded quickly and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were greeted with a basket full of goodies, bottled water in the fridge and a handwritten welcome letter❤️. The dolphin beach is beautiful and is close to the house, we took the boat ride, which was amazing. We visited other beaches in Governador Celso Ramos and they are all beautiful Thank you very 😍 much and see you soon 😘🫶

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

The property is exactly as described, but the listing does not highlight the incredible tranquility of the place. The children loved the environment. The whole town was organized and clean. We intend to go back and we already recommend it to several friends. As for hosts, they were extremely helpful and always quick to respond.

Wonderful location, facing the beach. waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is too good. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. kind and polite people... a paradise.

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
