Eliane and her family were very lovely and friendly. The room was very clean and bright, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is very close to a metro tram stop and is about 15-20mins from Sao Bento station/area. The neighborhood felt safe at night and was pretty quiet. If you like dogs, you’ll make great friends with Benji, who loves to say hello and play tug with his toys.

A PERFECT STAY! As a young woman traveling alone I felt so safe staying with Aurora and Alberto. They gave me a map with great recommendations and practically planned my whole trip for me. It was unforgettable and I hope I get to stay with them again in the future. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the city center but peaceful and away from a lot of the very touristy areas. I felt right at home.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Zimmer und großem Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft braucht man etwa 15 Minuten mit einem Uber in die Stadt. Das kostet nicht mehr als 5-10€ und man ist entfernt von dem Trubel in Porto. Würde es jedem weiterempfehlen.

I had a great time staying at Balbina’s sweet digs. The loft is beautiful and private but still walkable to restaurants, supermarkets and many local attractions. It felt quiet and safe at night Balbina is also super responsive and always helpful with your questions and needs. I’d definitely come back next time
