Two greenways 5 minutes away, one to explore the hinterland and the other to discover the Petite Camargue (possibility of renting electric bikes). Located 150 m from the beach and shops, in the middle of a Mediterranean pine park. Large sunny 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, garden table, sea view, olive tree, seagull cries... Very well equipped. Residence secured by electric gate and digicode at the building entrance.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Endroit idéal pour une pause si vous venez par les airs (aérodrome à 10 mn à pieds) et découvrir les chemins de randonnées au bord de l'étang de l'Or avec ses taureaux et flamants roses. Village paisible avec des petits commerces et un restaurant familial. Les plages sont à 20 mn ,la ville de Montpellier à 15 mn et Mauguio à 5 mn.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, it has a separate entrance you can park your car safely in the driveway. It also has a desk area with a wifi and wired connection. A path leading into the countryside is two minutes away. You will find the beaches 10 minutes drive away, Carnon and La Grande-Motte are within a 10 km radius, you can get there. Shops are nearby. the Cévennes as well.

45 m2 2-room cocooning apartment located on the third and top floor in a small, quiet building. Restaurants, shops and doctors nearby. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive to Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas, La Grande-Motte). 13 minutes from the airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station. This is my primary residence, so don't be surprised to see my stuff.
