Monthly Rentals in Candeli

A spacious house, beautiful views, amazing balcony where we were able to have dinners and enjoy our coffee and birds singing in the morning, well equipped kitchen, very quiet and peaceful area and still central Florence can be accessed by bus (just make sure on the way back you take bus 14A because 14B will take you somewhere else!), attentive and accommodating hosts, we'll definitely come again if this apartment is still available. We had hard time persuading our cat that he had to leave...

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. It was a great time to stay there. Peaceful neighborhood, good restaurants around. Also the main bus line is close so easy to get inside of the city.

Pleasant, original and decorated accommodation with taste. There is nothing missing, the kitchen is convenient, well equipped. The bedroom is vaulted with a brick ceiling, it's just lovely. We had a lovely four nights. Close to Florence, access is easy. It may be necessary to insulate the window from the room. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.
