Monthly Rentals in Canalicchio

Giulia was extremely welcoming and responsive to our various requests, very pleasant stay in her apartment. Very clean accommodation, I recommend it.

I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

So we had a different stay than most. We checked in for a 30 day period from Canada and very much looked forward to our stay. Unfortunately we had a family emergency that had us make a tough decision to leave just 2 days in. Antonio was very communicative and helpful during this process, as it was very hard for us knowing our vacation had ended and the refund period had also ended. Antonio helped with some of the money and the process is continuing. As far as the place is concerned, if you are a city person, this is the place for you. You might have to bus or drive to the city Center, but it isn’t too far from anything in the city limits, and within an hour drive, you can get to Taormina, Siracusa, Noto and more. We are genuinely thankful for the consistent communication and effort Antonio is making through a difficult time and I’m positive it will continue. A super attentive and gracious host can sometimes make all the difference.

Although it is not located "in the heart of the city's chaos", the studio is located in the center of Catania, in a great location for getting around (both on foot and by public transport), inside a more than quiet building and with a doorman all day. I had a great time in a clean and comfortable apartment.
