We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

They were wonderful days, the stay was perfect everything was very beautiful and organized, the location was perfect too everything was very close. It was definitely worth every minute!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment is very well located on Canal 1, with a partial ocean view. The building is relatively new, and has good infrastructure, although the gym is simple and the rooftop pool is not heated. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly as shown in the photos, with a good balcony and two en-suites. Everything is very functional and designed to cater to guests. Layza was very helpful before and during our stay. Super recommended!

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. All clean, organized and functioning. Peaceful and noise-free environment. Easily accessible and well-structured building. Garing space was a plus. We'll be here and ready for any questions. I would definitely recommend and would come back again! ❤️

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Great house, everything exactly as shown in the photos, quiet environment, super close to the beach. Spacious house, close to markets and etc. I simply loved it, Lis and her husband were extremely polite and answered all my and my wife's questions. i'm sure we'll be back more often

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The house was clean and organized, the place has an excellent restaurant in front of the house, a market and a beverage store nearby, we liked the accommodation, it served my family well, Ricardo promptly answered our questions, I recommend it.

Excellent stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to gather our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, well equipped, clean and very well maintained. All environments are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a highlight, perfect for leisure and relaxation. The entire structure fully met our expectations. We would also like to thank the responsible team, who were extremely attentive, cordial and efficient throughout the stay. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return on another occasion.
