Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

João welcomed me super well and was very helpful. As I was moving, I had to do the early check in and he gave me all the support in this. The apartment is very faithful to the photos and comfortable. I felt at home during the time I was in. The only negative point of the entire stay was the next neighbor, whose apartment exudes an extremely strong stench of dog and cigarette, but it is not a characteristic that concerns the AP or the host.

My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

We enjoy incredible days in the house. Very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures, everything working, I risk saying that it is one of the best houses in the condominium. Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

Casa very close to the beach, the market walking is about 10 minutes but by car 4 minutes, quiet and quiet street

We love our stay in the house , everything according to the photos ,the very spacious, comfortable house, the rooms all with working air conditioning, great pool for leisure , very good barbecue area, large kitchen with everything we need. very close to the beach , nearby market, restaurant . Apartamento is close to the beach, but for shops you need to walk around 15 minutes, the front beach does not have a kiosk. The apartment had all the kitchen utensils, but I missed pots to put salads when we made the barbecue. In the description it says that the apartment accommodates 6 people, but I believe that 6 people would be a little uncomfortable, 4 I think “ okay”. It's getting a lot of sunshine these days and the sun hits the apartment, it was impossible to stay inside it. The house has a fan but it wasn't so hot.. The host is super flexible, kind, apart from the points I mentioned the hosting was good.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, complete, clean and very well organized. Beto was excellent in service, always fast and flexible in relation to schedules. I will definitely be renting with him again!
