The apt de Roelf exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and fragrant. All the apt decoration is beautiful and demonstrates the host's care in leaving us at home. in addition to being very well located, the apt is functional and spacious for a couple. Roelf was super receptive and helpful. I loved it and we will definitely be back.

It was wonderful, I spent an amazing Valentine's Day with a comfortable, quiet and harmonious stay, I felt at home. Samira was very proactive and gave the instructions accurately, the experience is well worth it. In addition to the place being well organized and clean.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and it is extremely useful for our stay in Santos, with everything very close, facing the beach, furniture, utensils, bedding, table and bath and finally, the entire apartment is complete and with everything new. In this region of Santos, it is common for buildings to have fewer parking spaces than apartments, so arrive and leave the car in a parking lot that you will only need when you leave. Hosts respond quickly if we need them and are ready to help. Friendly and helpful building staff.

Apartment exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment is small, but very well distributed, renovated and comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful view of the beach. The host responds quickly to messages and gives all the necessary guidance for a great stay. I recommend it.

The apartment is excellent and just like the photos! Everything was very organized and with everything we needed to have a great time there. The location is great and we barely needed to take the car out of the garage because everything was very accessible to do on foot. The building staff are very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it. Luciana provided us with clear instructions that made check-in easier and was very attentive and responsive from the time of booking. We'll definitely be back soon!

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

You cross the street and are already at the beach. Lots of markets and restaurants within walking distance. Great location!

Great apartment, well maintained, clean, equipped, well located and very attentive hostess.

We felt right at home, extremely clean and sanitized environment. The hostess Irina is very receptive and thinks of all the details, we had new bed and bath linens, new and impeccable kitchen items, basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, various basic items such as sugar, salt, coffee etc. The apartment has a coffee maker, Ayerfyer, everything to increase comfort and practicality, absolutely nothing is missing. Wonderful experience with the convenience. We will return and point out many times.

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

I have stayed several times in Santos, this accommodation was the best of all. Everything was perfect and as advertised. I hope to return other times and stay with him.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we wanted for nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything is wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!
