We had a great weekend here! The place was beautiful—so comfortable and clean. We loved all the art and furniture. We were very looked after and had a great time. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

What an absolute lovely place for a get away! Sovereign grounds Is so peaceful, well designed & as soon as you step in makes you feel right at home, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Clare was so welcoming & hospitable as well, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay & even after the stay, made sure we checked out okay, you also couldn’t ask for a better host! Would definitely recommend booking here if you are wanting a nice cosy get away & to explore Ballarat or just want to spend time out of the city & you can even sharpen your paddle ball skills on the mini court in the garden! We had such a wonderful stay at Linda’s beautiful and cozy Airbnb apartment! From the moment we booked, Linda was an amazing host—so friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to cater to our family’s needs, even making changes that suited us perfectly. Her communication was clear and helpful, especially with the check-in and check-out process, which made everything so easy. The home itself was nice and clean, warm, and inviting—exactly what we needed. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you so much again Linda. :)
