We enjoyed our stay there very much. Especially the garden, daily visits from the cat and comfortable vibes from the interior. Loved the architecture as well. Macu and Christian are insightful people, who have a lot to tell about the land and their way of life. So take some time getting to know them. They respected our privacy and were not pushy at all. On the contrary, they helped us out and shared good recommendations for hikes, walks, playas and places for food and drinks. Also they provided us with an authentic glimpse about the Spanish culture, population in Tarifa and the issue about water shortage. The provided Ethernet-connector (adapter) is suited for Android devices only which we didn’t have. However, it wasn’t an issue at all since it gave us more time to indulge in the surrounding nature and spend valuable time with each other. Defo a place for a digital detox!

We felt right at home, the perfect location to rest at night and at the same time close to the beaches of Bologna, Tarifa, Zahara…. We can only say wonderful things about Noelia, both as a host and as a person. He met us in person to give us directions and recommend places in the area. Thank you very much Noelia.

Lovely apartment. Oliver and Patricia are the most wonderful hosts. Kitchen was quite complete. The outdoor patio was a lovely place to sit and relax. With the windows open you get a nice breeze, but keep in mind no air-conditioning, which may be an issue for some. Facinas is a nice place to base yourself while exploring Tarifa. I highly recommend going to Bolonia, Baela Claudia and our favourite was Vejer de la Frontera. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin and whale watching tour. Lovely place to stay if you want to get away from noise, traffic and busy tourist areas. The cottage is in a beautiful location surrounded by countryside. Every morning and evening we were serenaded by Nightingales singing in the bushes by the cottage. In the evening we could sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. Eva and Christian are the nicest people you could wish for as hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, always ready to say hello and pass the time of day. I felt they would do anything to make visitors welcome. This place is full of rustic charm. Thank you Eva and Christian.
