If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

I did a mini Tuscan roadtrip and had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place. The farm is very conveniently located and is a great base to explore the surrounding towns and wineries. I only wished i had stayed a few extra nights. Highly recommended if you’re looking to get away from the city and be in the countryside.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

We had wonderful holidays in the middle of the vineyards of Tuscany. Bernadino is a very pleasant, unobtrusive and attentive host.

We had such a great time at this AirBnB. It is a very peaceful and private place, perfectly to disconnect and relax. The hot tub and sauna are a great addition and invite to enjoy the surroundings. Location wise you need a car and prepare to drive a bit more in case you wanna explore Tuscan cities. I would still argue it is worth it as you get a great place to stay.

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.

We stayed with Simona for a week in May with our dog and felt very comfortable right away. The property and garden are a dream. Super nice location, very spacious and many opportunities to make it cozy - whether on the terrace or by the pool. Her two dogs are very friendly and got along well with our dog. Whether traveling with a dog or without - we would highly recommend this accommodation. It is suitable both as a starting point to explore the region, as well as to simply have a good time on site in this fantastic place and simply enjoy nature and tranquility.

Had the best time at Simone’s place! Beautiful and charming , right in the center of Amazing Cortona yet quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need and more! Simone is a wonderful host and person and will help you during your stay. 10/10 highly recommend spending your visit here.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Martina is hands down one of the most thoughtful and attentive Airbnb hosts we’ve ever encountered and that’s just the beginning. This stay is tucked away on a stunning olive farm 🫒, offering peace, beauty, and a true taste of the Italian countryside 🇮🇹✨. We were warmly welcomed with a jar of fresh olive oil (which made our home-cooked meals feel extra special), and Martina went above and beyond by offering local tips and even assisting with reservations. The home itself was fully equipped: AC, kitchen, washing machine, everything worked seamlessly. If you’re looking for a tranquil, authentic stay with a host who truly cares, this is it. We’d return in a heartbeat.

We had the most incredible stay at Chianti Collina. The villa is stunning - comfortable, beautifully decorated, and filled with amazing artwork. The grounds are breathtaking, with flowers, trees, sweeping views, and a perfect pool. The location made it easy to explore nearby towns, yet felt peaceful and private. Our host Gio was exceptional - thoughtful, communicative, and truly felt like family by the end of our stay. He went above and beyond to make our daughter’s engagement unforgettable, creating a magical setting in his vineyard and even preparing our favorite meal of the trip - topping it off with his famous tiramisu! Chianti Collina is a dream getaway and an ideal spot for a vacation, engagement, or vow renewal. We can’t recommend it enough!

Great stay! Initially the place was a bit further out of town than we had anticipated but we still found it very accessible to lots of the things we hoped to do! The view was amazing! So peaceful to sit on the terrace!

We had a great time in this clean and comfortable accommodation. The property and the pool are very well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet and the great views from breakfast to sunset. Max and his family are friendly and helpful people. We felt very comfortable and thank you for the pleasant stay!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Wonderfull old villa which exceeded all the expectations. Peacfull environment with beautifull wiews over the landscape of Pergo. We also enjoyed just relaxing in the gargen of the villa and the facilities of the swimming pool. Special thanks to Massimiliano and his family for their willingness to spend immemorial holiday week.

Our group of ten absolutely loved staying at Nella's house this June. Nella was good at communicating and set us up in advance with a local driver and for the local chef to come up and cook for us one evening. When we arrived the house was in perfect condition and we quickly felt right at home. The house has a gorgeous view of the sunset in the evening and we were perfectly located to be able to walk into Cortona. Thank you Nella!

Giorgia has really created a paradise there and we are very happy that she shares this beautiful place with guests. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy the cottage for 3 days and would definitely like to come back. The house is small but very well furnished, the mattresses very cozy and water comes out of the shower with proper pressure - which is not quite a matter of course. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but thanks to Giorgia's really great videos, it's very easy to find. The garden (or rather small park) around the house is very well maintained and we were able to pick cherries and mulberries. Much has already been written about the pool - it really is THE highlight. An absolute recommendation - thank you Giorgia!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Such a lovely place to stay, with a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you for the wine on arrival! Perfect for visiting Arrezo itself, for the antiques fair, and very easy to get to Florence and Siena from here too. The annexe was perfect for two. The gardens and pool area were lovely, beautifully kept and welcoming.
