Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

We loved our stay. It is in the middle of nature, very quiet and with an incredible view. Paolo was very sweet and helpful and shard a lot of information about the area and what to explore including recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend it a 100%.

Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, komfortables, privates und entspannendes Anwesen in den Hügeln oberhalb von Sant‘ Ambrogio. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Pool fantastisch. Selbst im November konnten wir den Pool bei 16 Grad täglich kurz genießen. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man braucht ein Auto. Der Esel auf dem Grundstück daneben freut sich über Möhren oder einen Apfel. Der wunderschöne Ort Cefalù ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vater von Salvatore, Stefano, war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige und private Unterkunft sucht, die trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt liegt. Auch das Hinterland mit seinen schönen Bergdörfern rund um den Pizzo Carbonara hat uns gut gefallen.

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach unvergesslich! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt: Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar mit selbstgemachter Pizza aus ihrem eigenen Pizzaofen überrascht! Ein echtes Highlight! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit haben jedeoch unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt. Auch bei der Organisation haben sie uns super unterstützt und uns ganz unkompliziert zur Autovermietung gefahren – ein Service, den man wirklich nicht überall findet. Die Villa selbst war ein absoluter Traum: wunderschön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Der Pool war einfach perfekt – glasklar und genau der richtige Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Liebe die Gastgeber in Haus und Garten stecken. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

Das kleine Haus von Lorenzo ist bestens geeignet um Cefalu und Umgebung zu erkunden ! Gemütlich, sehr sauber und ordentlich im Haus , genau richtig für 2 Personen ! Gemütliches Sofa mit wunderbarer Aussicht, Terrasse und Garten ebenso und dann der Pool ! Leider war es im April zum schwimmen noch zu kalt, hätten wir aber gern auch genossen- Lorenzo hält alles sauber und einladend ! Draußen vorm Häuschen sitzen , Aussicht genießen, entspannen - auch ohne baden im Pool sehr erholsam! Parkplatz sicher auf dem Grundstück , ein paar Stufen hoch und man ist da. Lorenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Stets erreichbar bei Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit-haben wir uns mit seiner Unterstützung sehr wohl gefühlt! Cefalu hat viel zu bieten- zu Fuß ca 30 Min. bis zum Zentrum, mit dem Auto nur 5. Parkplätze gut erreichbar - Tageskarte an der Promenade 12 Euro. Von hier aus diverse Ziele - Altstadt , Sandstrand , Wanderung La Rocca, kulinarische Spezialitäten in wunderbaren Restaurants! ?

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

Ett väldigt fint och stort hus som var över förväntan! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse, värdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillgängliga. Vi kom fram sent första dagen och det var inga problem alls och incheckning var väldigt smidig! Huset har ett bra läge, med 200 meter till havet och en väldigt fin havsutsikt från balkongen! Det enda som kan ses som en ”nackdel” är att det är ganska lyhört mellan husen och man hör grannarna lite mycket ibland Annars ett perfekt boende!

Nous sommes partis en vacances à 10 copains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avions accès à la partie inférieure de la maison (un grand séjour, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain), ainsi que l’ensemble des extérieurs avec la piscine. Il est facile de stationner sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence qui est sécurisée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueilli avec des pastas à la sauce tomate/basilic le soir de notre arrivée. Patrizia, son mari et sa fille nous ont organisé un cours de cuisine pendant notre séjour pour apprendre à faire des pastas italiennes. Nous avons fortement apprécié le moment. C’était génial ! Je vous recommande de venir séjourner à Palerme dans ce logement idéalement situé entre Mondello et Cefalu.

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. Duidelijk en heel correcte afhandeling. We hebben erg genoten! Groetjes Kristien en familie

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍
