Franca was a lovely and very hardworking host! We had a great time staying here. Pros: great value, three bedrooms, everything you need for a short or long stay including extra towels, bedding, pots, pans, amenities etc. nearby shops are great. Quiet little corner and close enough to drive to the lakes - we loved swimming in the lakes! Minors (that some people may not like - we were very okay with it): There’s quite a lot of flying bugs in the evening (summer time), and the kitchen and upstairs rooms can get a bit warm if you don’t open the windows or doors to ventilate. Obviously doing so attracts the bugs in with the lights on so we had to ventilate in short bursts or close the doors and leave the lights off for a while. Trash you must take to a place about 500m down the road. Definitely want a car if you’re staying here (though if you’re exploring the Dolomites you’ll probably have one) Overall an amazing stay, would recommend it to others looking for a quiet get-away ☺️

Definitely. This town is wonderful and Casa Moritsch location is steps from the beautiful bridge. The owner has made this very old building into a beautiful and comfortable space. Not to mention they let me practice my Italian, so simpatico.

Francesca und Nico haben eine wunderschöne Oase im Herzen der Dolomiten erschaffen. Schon die Begrüßung in der Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Francesca stand immer für Fragen bereit und konnte uns tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Dolomiten mit an die Hand geben. Sie kümmert sich liebevoll um die Gäste! Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent und entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung des Inserats. Man spürt mit wie viel Liebe sie gestalten wurde, sodass wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Dadurch haben wir wundervolle erholsame Tage genießen können. Lange kamen wir nicht mehr so zur Ruhe. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage ideal. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung jedem von Herzen und werden selbst sicher wiederkommen!

We spent five nights here, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this enchanting village. The journey to Stramare was a perfect prelude to the serenity that awaited us. The village with its stone houses felt like a step back in time. Our stay in the lovingly restored house was a blend of rustic charm and comfort. The antique furnishings and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat. Traveling with our dog was a joy – the peaceful surroundings and nature trails were perfect for long walks. A special thanks to Mariano, who lives just next door. He was welcoming and shared wonderful local restaurant recommendations that truly enriched our experience. Thank you for preserving this magical place and its traditions. It’s a rare gem that allows visitors to experience true peace and connection with nature.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war prima, ruhig, groß, hell und bestens ausgestattet. Der einzige Mangel, den wir vielleicht anmerken könnten: Wir haben zwar einen äußerst schwierigen Hund, aber der hatte zusätzliche Schwierigkeiten, das waren die Metalltreppen, in deren Löchern sich die Krallen des Tiers oft verfangen haben. Da der Hund 35 kg schwer ist, konnte man ihn auch nicht einfach herauf- und heruntertragen. Daher ist die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung für große Hunde nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Aber wir haben's hinbekommen!

Wir hatten einen einzigartigen Aufenthalt bei Roberta und Giancarlo, die uns liebevoll beherbergt haben. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und der Garten mit Blick über die Landschaft lädt zum Träumen ein. Hier kann man sehr einfach die Seele baumeln lassen oder aber die schöne Gegend mit vielen Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten erkunden. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Außenküche mit Blick auf die Berge!

Enorm gastvrije mensen. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen, met rondleiding door het huis. We waren laat door drukte op de weg, maar het ontbijt voor volgende ochtend was helemaal geregeld. Mee eten was geen enkel probleem en heel gezellig. De hostes deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

This is the best air BnB we have ever stayed in- it’s perfect for couples and families. The apartment has incredible views, everything you could ever need/want and, Keyla and Stefano are wonderful hosts. They accommodated our need to work remotely by making sure we had everything we needed as well as making sure our baby and toddler were comfortable such as providing a cot and a baby bath etc. They go above and beyond for your comfort. They also checked in with us by giving helpful recommendations and advice. The local area is so peaceful, with lots to see and do. We stayed for 3 weeks but could have stayed for longer as it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you Keyla and Stefano.
