We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. My family and I loved spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts ready to serve us. We had a great time at Denise's farm. The place puts you in touch with nature and has a great structure. Denise was very kind throughout the stay. The kids loved it.

I booked Jacira's place for my son and she was wonderfully attentive. It was almost a month of hosting and the place met the needs very well. Jacira was super helpful, nice and that gave me a very great security. We will be back for sure and whenever we need it will be our little house in SP.

Super cozy apartment well located. For those who go to the HIAE or Morumbi Stadium, it is next door. The only difficulty I encountered was checking in. I arrived at night and had to stay on the street with a suitcase and everything until they found my name to release access to the condominium. The entrance is through the registration of the facial and twice I had problems, both at the entrance to the building and the supermarket that is inside the condominium. Outside these unforeseen events, I highly recommend the location.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience in this apartment. From the first contact with the administrator and the cleaning staff until the time of Check-out, everything was very simple and quiet. The apartment is located in an easy access location. It is very close to the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, leisure spaces in general. The interior is elegant and impeccably clean. There is air conditioning in the whole property that helps a lot in hot days. I highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler in search of comfort and exceptional hospitality!

As for Graziele, it's all compliments! very nice and gave information and made everything very clear, as for the property, the negative point is that it does not have parking, and this in São Paulo represents a certain inconvenience because private parking is very expensive and access to the property is in a very busy and dangerous place for the night. As for the interior of the property, it fulfills the purpose of being a place to sleep after the commitments in the city, everything works well there, the noise problem (due to facing the viaduct) is perfectly isolated by the windows, but then it gets hot in there on hot days, the fan can't handle it and it gets uncomfortable, on cool days it's good! It needs air conditioning. I only rented it for my family to rest before the event and sleep right after, so for this purpose it served very well.

Easy to find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a parking spot on the street, very close to the building. Everything was organized and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

My experience was great! The apartment was super clean, well organized and comfortable. The hostess was very attentive, always ready to help, responded quickly to all the messages and gave great tips about the region. I felt very welcome and would undoubtedly stay here again. I would recommend it!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!
