I spent a weekend with my family at the house, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos! The kitchen and laundry are super equipped, everything we needed was there, we didn't miss anything. The bed linen and towels were clean and did not smell musty. I highly recommend the stay, access to the condominium is also easy.

We had an excellent experience during the stay! The house was extremely organized and clean, which gave us a lot of comfort and tranquility from the first moment. Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

The mansion exceeded our expectations! We went in a group of six people, a child and a pet, and they all enjoyed a lot. The house is gigantic (to the point that we even get tired of walking, hahaha), structured and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, perfect for enjoying the day, and the barbecue area was very well enjoyed – we made great moments there! In addition, the host and housekeeper were extremely attentive, always available for any questions or needs. If you're looking for a spacious place with a structure to relax and have fun, this is the right destination.

The accommodation is amazing! We stayed during the week and were able to enjoy a very spacious house with wifi, full kitchen, impeccable suite, and various leisure options such as pool table, table tennis, as well as a pool and a wonderful view of the dam. amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again. Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ). The Studio is amazing, it's in line with the images on the listing. Unfortunately the center is complicated because of the homeless people, I went with family and I couldn't get to know the surroundings because of that. The building is amazing, clean and beautiful, but the location leaves something to be desired. There is security at night for entry and exit of the building, he accompanies you to the market and the pharmacy near the building.
