There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

The building dates back to 1896, belonging to the owner's family for several generations. Over time, in addition to being a family home, it has taken on several functions, including a pharmacy and a primary school. The sentimental connection to the existing space prompted the current owners to take advantage of the space and make it welcoming.

The house has 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a large living room with fireplace, TV, PS5 and bar.
