Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die schöne Zeit, es war wunderbar bei euch! ich habe mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft liegt ganz toll, mitten in den Bergen, mit einem unfassbar tollen Ausblick über das Tal. es ist ein fast magischer Ort. die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich auch ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer bei allem geholfen. die Gastgeberin hat sogar an einem Tag ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen an den Pool gebracht. das war ganz toll. die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, geräumig, und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. man kann sich an diesem wunderbaren Ort nur wohlfühlen.

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

Je recommande ce logement, il est bien situé et Simone sera vous conseiller si vous avez besoin d’aide. En plein milieu du centre-ville, vous trouverez facilement de bon restaurant.

Très bel espace composé de plusieurs chambres, une grande cuisine et un salon - salle à manger séparés. Espace mi-enterré, particulièrement adapté pour les mois chauds. Place de stationnement privée devant le logement. Appartement mieux équipé (équipement de cuisine et vaisselle) que tout ce que nous avons vu auparavant et même que ce que nous avons chez nous ! Très bonne literie. En saison froide, chauffage des chambres (et indirectement de la cuisine) avec la ventilation / climatisation, et du salon avec un four à pellets automatique). Rien à dire de négatif.

Tutto perfetto, l'ambiente è accogliente e la zona molto tranquilla. Da consigliare assolutamente!

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

My stay was perfect! I spent 3 months in the apartment and I always felt at home. Laura from the beginning was always aware of everything! The apartment is perfect, beautiful, spacious and quite clean. The location is excellent as it has a bus stop, the mini metro and the historic center just 5 min walk away. It is a beautiful street, full of restaurants and shops. Definitely if I come back to Perugia I will stay here again. Thanks for everything Laura!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniele per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è immersa in un contesto splendido, un po’ fuori dal centro di Perugia, raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi ma più comodamente in pochi minuti di auto, visti i numerosi saliscendi della città. La casetta è indipendente, essenziale ma dotata di tutto. Daniele e i cohost sono stati gentili e disponibili. Struttura super dogfriendly, cosa da noi molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Francesca e Donato sono delle persone squisite, gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni necessità. La casa è perfetta per famiglie con bambini in un contesto di campagna molto accogliente e tranquillo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Speriamo di tornarci presto 😊

Il cancello del casale è in realtà un portale verso un’oasi di pace. Se sei in cerca di un luogo che ti allontani dallo stress della routine per riconnetterti con i tuoi ritmi, sei nel posto giusto. Il giardino è meraviglioso nella sua semplicità, è stato praticamente il nostro salotto dove fare colazione, appisolarsi sotto l’ombra degli alberi, leggere un buon libro accompagnati dall’allegro canto degli uccellini, che ci svegliavano dolcemente al mattino. Raccomando Fiorire come casale Pet Friendly soprattutto se hai più cani, Brida ed Errichetta si sono sentite subito a loro agio vivendo lo spazio esterno al massimo, la struttura offre davvero la soluzione più pratica per vivere una vacanza rilassata e in accordo con i loro ritmi. Non volevano salire in macchina alla nostra ri-partenza verso casa. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, i servizi sono semplici e tipici di un casale di campagna, si ritorna davvero nel tempo dove tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sta nell’essenziale. Magico, torneremo

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

Mi sono sentito a casa. Con tutta la famiglia al seguito, nonni compresi, siamo stati benissimo. Casa con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, con nessun disturbo vicino e nessun pericolo intorno. Prato verde curatissimo, spettacolare per far giocare e correre il nostro cane dopo il lungo viaggio in auto. Ottimo punto di partenza per tantissime mete, nel raggio di 30/40 minuti di auto. Complimenti a Federica per la gestione impeccabile della casa.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Giordano. La vue de l'appartement est superbe, la piscine est surtout le jardin très bien entretenue, Giordano se donne beaucoup de mal afin que vous passiez un bon moment. On a même pu faire un BBQ. C'était très reposant, propre et spacieux.
