A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Located in the charming and picturesque village of Morre, La Casetta is an independent property that offers guests a completely renovated environment while maintaining the typical atmosphere of the old houses of the Umbrian villages with stone walls, fireplace and wooden beams. Surrounded by enchanting countryside, it remains an ideal place to spend relaxing days both in summer and in winter, admiring unique landscapes and enjoying excellent typical products of the area!

Gilda's home

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

After leaving the car in the free parking lot right outside the building, you cross the staircase and, after a few steps, you reach our little house. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking to relax from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

La Finestra di fronte is a small and charming apartment, recently renovated, which is located in the heart of the historic center of Orvieto. Very bright and cozy, it has private and independent access to one of the most typical and beautiful squares of the cliff!
