L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Un Soggiorno Nel Convento Del 600

Per chi è di passaggio tra Parma, Mantova, Sabbioneta, Verona , Il Lago di Garda non puo' non soggiornare in un palazzo storico di Casalmaggiore, già convento nel 1600 e vicino all'argine maestro del Po.vi sono 4 appartamenti ( le foto sono di 1 )in completo restauro conservativo prospicenti sul parco del convento con una splendida serie di loggiati da dove godere di un panorama fuori dal tempo e vivere romantiche emozioni nelle stanze con volti ed affreschi incantevoli. Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Bilocale in posizione unica tra le caratteristiche case del LungoParma, con balcone affacciato sul greto del torrente. L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore e si compone di luminosa e ampia zona living con letto matrimoniale (160x200) e balcone, cucina separata e bagno con doccia. A/C, lavatrice, wifi super veloce e TV. Ti daranno il buongiorno il profumo del pane ( siamo sopra a uno dei panifici più antichi di Parma) e i fagiani nel greto del fiume :-)
