Appartamentino con letto matrimoniale, separabile, e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo!

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In a quiet country house, just 2 km from the Campovolo Arena (20 min walk), you can stay in a cozy open space fully equipped with a kitchen, a French double bed, a single bed that can be added, a sofa, a TV, a dining area, and a bathroom. We will provide you with sheets, linen, bathroom products and everything you need for breakfast. Large garden with vegetable garden, private and guarded parking, possibility to put the bikes in the garage. Welcome bikers! Tourist tax €2 per person

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm has become a cozy holiday home in the countryside with two independent apartments. The Lauro House, the largest, is a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who, by choosing this space, will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.

The apartment is located in a natural green setting, at the foot of the hills and at the gates of Reggio Emilia, the city center is a few minutes drive away. The Santa Maria Nuova main hospital is a few minutes drive away, as is the RCF Arena. The privileged positioning ensures maximum tranquility and enjoyment. You can have lunch/dinner in the garden and use the barbecue! Accommodation tax of €2.5 per person (only for the first 5 days)

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

La casa è completa di tutti i comfort, si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina a molti servizi. Comoda per parcheggiare l'auto davanti a casa o di fronte, senza divieti. Dista 28 km da RCF Arena, struttura all'aperto per concerti e spettacoli. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga. Per chi viaggia in aereo ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Beautiful, recently renovated two-room apartment located in the historic center. Parking is available on the street with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the ZTL

Located in the historic center in the Pomposa area, a few steps from the evening meeting places and the UNESCO heritage Cathedral. Dating back to the early 1800s, the house is a single dwelling on 3 floors with an internal courtyard, internal elevator and terrace between the roofs.
