Practical and cozy modernized colonial loft in the San Román neighborhood with private parking space 50 meters away. The loft is air-conditioned and offers what you need for a comfortable stay, a few steps from the pier. We have a kitchenette and a small refrigerator for basic services. If you're going to walk to the historic center, the loft is a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away. We're on a corner where cars pass by mainly during the day.

You'll be in a remodeled late 19th century house with an eclectic setting. In one of the most traditional and aristocratic neighborhoods of the monument area of this World Heritage city. I love heritage and our identity, and I like to share it with our visitors by providing them with all kinds of information to enjoy our city. This colonial neighborhood was built by Spanish immigrants, merchants, and businessmen in the 17th and 18th centuries.
