Golf course & sports club nearby. You can get in 15 min drive to airport and the train station and the old historic walled city as well. Amenities need a Day Pass per adult and kids under 4 (details by message).

This private accommodation (no shared areas) consists of a bedroom with a window directly facing the street, two queen-size beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a work area. Located just steps away from the famous 59th Street, which is full of bars, restaurants, and cafés. Its décor is minimalist, and it is located on the ground floor of an old colonial house. There may be occasional noise due to the proximity to 59th Street (pedestrian). Earplugs are provided for your rest.

This comfortable loft is part of the Casa de la 16 complex, with private and secure access. Shared pool and parking. Ideal for business travelers or practical or pleasant stays looking for tranquility and a good location. A few minutes' walk from the Historic Center, supermarkets, central market, esplanade and the Portales de San Francisco. It has a queen bed, full bathroom, wifi, Smart TV and equipped kitchenette.

MY APARTMENT: clean, comfortable, independent and private

The apartment is three blocks from the Camarón roundabout, the university area and the hospital area on one side and on the other near Periférica Avenue, you can walk to several places to eat whatever you crave: seafood, meats, Mexican food, pizzas, etc. Walking takes 15 to 20 minutes to the ADO terminal or about six minutes by taxi. IT DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, but there is usually space to park on the street.

Welcoming private apartment

We conditioned the apartment to our full pleasure. It is well lit, the spaces are comfortable and can serve as a reception for visitors as a tourist plan; or, as a business plan. Another extra detail is that the apartment is in a quiet area, has parking and by car it is possible to get to the historic center up to five minutes; in addition to its location, the street flows into three of the city's main avenues.

The accommodation: The apartment is fully equipped, has Wif-fi, cable TV, 90 channels, air conditioning, independent bathroom, independent entrance, stove, refrigerator double bed, armchair, plateau, parakeet chairs. The finishes are completely top quality. It has a balcony, so you can go out for air. We're currently doing more apartments down the hallway, but we adapt to people's checkout times.
