Vacation rentals with a patio in Campamento, Latina

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

Everything was correct, matching the description. A small apartment but just what you need. Comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa bed. Very cozy kitchen. Location is fine Metro 12 minutes walk and bus in front of the apartment door. Various facilities. Carlos the host is always available and quick. Highly recommended, we'll be back for sure!!

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

We (4 adults and 1 child) enjoyed the apartment and the location (between 3 metro stations) very much. The apartment was spacious and had good opportunities to cook for yourself. There were 2 supermarkets nearby and you could quickly reach the center by metro. We had no problems and therefore no need to contact the owner. As mentioned before, the 3 bedrooms were great, the mattresses were a bit worn out and the bedroom facing the street was a bit noisy. But that was nothing that bothered us much. We were very pleased.

Very comfortable renovated apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood. Communication was very good. That weekend was very cold in Madrid but inside the apartment it was very good, the heating works perfectly. A place to repeat.

Clear directions to the apartment, it is as shown in the images. Smoking is noticeable inside. A towel hook is missing or something like that, but overall it's very good. It has nearby supermarkets and also the south station where you can take both bus, metro or train. The bed is very comfortable. Thank you very much, Jesus!

Great communication with the host, he responds immediately. The accommodation is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable. It's in a building with a 24/7 guard, which provides a lot of security. It is very close to the train station (which comes or goes to the airport) and the subway that connects with the entire city. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. It couldn't have been better!! We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

Great place to explore madrid from! Close to the metro and a good walk to the centre

Maria’s place was a great base for a short visit to Madrid. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The area provides a glimpse of life in Madrid with some excellent spots for eating and drinks.

We loved the space, extremely clean, organized, comfortable and cozy! Another wonderful point is the privilege of the location. Excellent host very responsive! We highly recommend!! 🥰🙌

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Loved the surrounding area, easy to walk to the metro, gran vía, Salamanca neighborhood. Lots to do nearby, the Airbnb street had one of our favorite spots- La Huevería and El corral. Supermarket was really close too. Would stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice neighborhood. Lots of really good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. It’s about a 35-40 minute walk to the Prado. If you don’t want to walk, the metro is right next door, as well as a taxi stop

The apartment was great! Location was close to the downtown but located on a quiet street. Apartment was as described, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Diego was super responsive. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Alcalá.
