We received a warm welcome: a bouquet from the garden, beds made, and vegetables or fruit from the garden. No neighbors, just nature, calm and wood fire. Put your bags down, everything is planned. Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Charming apartment with a balcony overlooking the Vilaine. The residence is very quiet and is located 1 minute from the port of Arzal on foot. Close to La Roche-Bernard and the beaches of Pénestin. (I should note that there is construction work underway on the dam at the moment, which may cause noise and temporarily affect the view until April 2026, and then from October 2026 to April 2027.) Linens and bath towels are provided.

"La Maison de Marcelin" is located halfway between the beaches of Pénestin and the charming town of La Roche-Bernard. This pretty stone house can accommodate up to 5-7 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a warm living room with fitted and equipped kitchen. In front of the house a small open garden with a small terrace. At the back, a larger fully fenced garden (1.3 m) with a large terrace.

Sailor's Hut

La Maison du Pêcheur is a set of 3 independent accommodations, entrances and outdoor spaces. No shared living area. La Cabane du Matelot is an apartment on the 1st floor with a beautiful terrace with sea view. Spacious accommodation even for 4. The 2nd bed is in the sofa bed. Palandrin beach is a 6-minute walk away. Please note that linens are not provided.

We welcome you to our old 18th century stone house with a large quiet garden where privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away
