Peaceful and disconnected oasis. We had a great time in this cozy little nest in the middle of the countryside and chirping of birds. The space has all the comforts you need to relax and unwind. The terrace is a real asset to enjoy the sun and the surrounding calm. Finally, Sophie is a very nice person, who knows how to welcome and give the right places to get away on the coast. We warmly recommend this cottage.

Very good apartment! Pleasant, matches the photos. Easy to access and close to the sea, the location is ideal if you want to enjoy a car-free stay. Easy communication with Laetitia and flexible schedules.

A great apartment, well-equipped, like new. Good shower, washing machine and dishes. The terrace with the chairs, a coffee table and another dining table. The only negative thing is the height of the cupboards - but then we found the little steps!! Adrien thought of all the comfort details - the right knives (maybe you can add a bread knife). There is also cutlery for when it's colder in the evening. Great location, all within walking distance, a Carrefour market 2 minutes' walk, small shops, bar and restaurants… top. Responsive and very friendly host, clear and useful instructions, the accommodation was super warm, very complete in terms of kitchen equipment (so great for long stays) close to the city center in a very quiet little street, I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The house was warm, very cozy, and we immediately felt good there. Everything is designed for a pleasant stay, and the jacuzzi was really a big plus: we had a great relaxing time there. Thank you again for your hospitality and attention to detail. We'll be happy to go back!

Quiet and peaceful surroundings yet close to sophistication of Vannes. Walking trails from the doorstep along an unspoilt coastline . This cottage is perfect for an escape. Clean and compact. Séné close by has supermarket and welcome bar!

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

Definitely a positive experience, the house was very welcoming, well maintained, tastefully furnished and better than the photos. In particular, the very large outdoor space, well-equipped with a table, umbrella, and sitting area, is extremely well-kept with beautiful plants and trees. Great location in the center but at the same time calm and quiet. We felt at home and would like to return.

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

Very well-appointed and well-designed modern apartment. Location in the center, 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and barely 10 minutes' walk from the market. The beach and the embankment are a 10-minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

Even more beautiful view than in the photos... Fabulous location. Very nice apartment, well arranged and very nice little touches (coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc.).
