Villa Avalon

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30

You can do your grocery and shopping needs from Çiftlik, which is 4.5 km away. There are countless grocery stores, bazaars, and shops here. Pool Dimensions: 4.25m * 8.5m (depth 1.50cm) Our cats may roam around in the garden. Please take this into consideration if you are sensitive to this. A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is charged for one-night stays.
