This is the first time we've arranged a place through the app. Mr. Şaban is a very good host, I have not seen such a clean hotel/apartment in my life. Everything is also great. There is everything you may need at home. Öludeniz is close to Fethiye center, beaches, etc. It is very nice in terms of location, do not relax. The children were very happy, they did not want to leave the pool at all. The weather is very nice in the evenings, there was no overwhelming weather. You can sit and have your tea and coffee in the evenings by the pool for a long time.

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

Ms. Pınar is a very kind and kind lady. We were warmly greeted by the house, ideal for two couples in all respects. It has a very nice garden and pool. The maintenance is at a high level. Close to everything in terms of location. As a renter of a house in Çeşme, I always prefer Ms. Pınar's house again and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. Thank you for a great holiday Mehmet!

Luxury 5+1 with Private Pool

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, lots of space, everything a family needs for a holiday and more. Fantastic pool. Taxi point right outside which was fantastic to get into town and to local beaches. Great host, good communication, always responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Taner was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, right from before booking to after our stay. He was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around his wonderful villa. For us as a family of 3 adults it was the perfect location. We are regular visitors to Turkey so specifically wanted this area. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a villa with a very spacious indoor and outdoor space for crowded families, both with a large pool and a children's pool. All the necessary details have been considered for families with children. Having a bathroom and toilet in all of the rooms was a very useful and comfortable detail. I had an amazing stay at Esras place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to almost everything , which made exploring the area so easy. Ezra was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local tips. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in.
