A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata has to offer. Juan was always in touch with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket one block away and, of course, the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was impeccable, Juan Ignacio was a very good host and the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, tidy, and matched what we had read. The furniture is very nice.

Inés was very kind from the beginning, answering all my questions about the accommodation. We traveled with a 9-month-old baby, and he gave us everything we needed to make the baby comfortable (crib, chair, bathtub, toys, etc.). The apartment is very nice, it includes basic kitchen and toilet items. He also provided us with beach chairs to go to the beach. We felt right at home, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The linens and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. THANK YOU! :)

Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

Unbeatable location, the view is dreamy! The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying yourself. Ale Roby communicated immediately and was willing to clear up all doubts. Loli welcomed us and advised us on places to walk, gastronomy... a lovely person! We would return without hesitation.

The apartment is just like the photos. A very warm and comfortable place. It has everything you need in the kitchen, even coffee and tea! I think that's a plus. There was no hair dryer, I told Maria and they brought it to me! Excellent. I just want to clarify that there is no stove in the room and since it is opposite, the bathroom is a little cold compared to the living room!

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.

Great place and location. The apartment was in excellent condition. Sufficient bedding and towels for the stay. They are very attentive and always available. I would definitely come back!
