If you are looking for practicality and comfort, you will love Apezinho! Our location is a privilege: just a three-minute walk to the Central Beach of Balneário Camboriú. And even though it's small, the apartment is cozy and has everything you need. We're on the corner of Av. Brazil, surrounded by markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. You can feel the vibe of the city and do everything on foot, without worrying about traffic. Ah, the building does not have a garage, but it has several private parking lots nearby.

1-bedroom apartment in an excellent location in the city center, very close to Av. Brazil and about 1 block from the beach (3- 3-minute walk). Close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. It has 2 TVs, air-conditioning in the bedroom, equipped kitchen and service area (washing machine, refrigerator, stove and microwave). In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, 2 single mattresses are available. Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment and TV with Chromecast. It has no garage space.

Our apartment is in the best location in Balneário Camboriú, on Rua 1400, on the corner of Avenida Brasil. The apartment is in a building that is almost 40 years old, and we renovated and updated the property in 12/2019. 100% designed to provide the best hosting experience, the property has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, air-conditioning, and LCD TV. In the living room, we no longer have air-conditioning. , larger LCD TV with cable channel package Free Wi-Fi internet, acoustic sealing on the windows.
