Fabulous! My young friend Lila is relocating back to hometown happy place of Venice area and this spot was an incredible transition for her! Location, terrific aesthetics and hosts were amazing!

My stay with Holly was flawless.She was hospitable, adept, and actually malleable at meeting my needs. The place waz perfectly swt up with many cozy, just so touches. Holly anticipated my every need and yet, was so private, and respectful. An amazing secret respite in the middle of LA!!!!!

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Shelli’s bungalow! Great location within walking distance of Main St, restaurants, breweries, shops, and the beach. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the entire place was super clean. We loved the fenced-in front yard for our 2 pups and enjoyed playing Jenga in the backyard while sipping wine. Shelli and Joel were super responsive and great accommodating hosts. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to be back again soon!

this little gem was not only perfect but really very peanut and quaint .bed super cumpfy. private and so easy to get into. there little doggies were so sweet and friendly well.worth it and I would recommend it to anyone. Tha k you so so much

Donna & Chris' place was absolutely wonderful. It is a separate dwelling, is quiet, comfortable, and simply wonderful! Donna & Chris were responsive and wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you both for such a wonderful stay and I can't wait to be back!

This place was better than the photos, the TV's seemed larger, the front yard has been updated with nice landscaping and lights, overall this place was perfect for us (couple adults plus dogs). It's a bungalow, so on the smaller side, yet it makes intelligent use of the space. The roomba was a nice touch. Host provided lots of high quality snacks. Bed was extremely comfortable, my wife says it's the best sleep she's ever had at an AirBnB, it's in a quiet neighborhood with other well cared for bungalows. The lot is pretty big, maybe 6k sq. feet. Plenty of room for our dogs. Backyard was fully fenced and free of any concerns that a dog of children might have.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

This house worked great as a home base for our day trips to the Channel Islands. The kitchen was well-stocked, the rooms worked well for our kids, and the upstairs primary suite was large and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Perfect stay in Mar Vista. The garden cottage felt like home, very cozy / clean with a lovely backyard. Would stay here again during our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Tim and Barbara's, both of whom we met and were very welcoming. The place was as described and seen in the pictures. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the outdoor area is peaceful and quaint. It is walkable to downtown Ventura where there are tons of fun restaurants and shops.

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

This home is a beautiful retreat for anyone visiting the Los Angeles area. The house is suited well for families and is well set up to make you feel right at home. It doesn’t feel like a rental but rather a beautiful home. It’s close to a park and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. Short drive to Los Angeles and patio is super private and scenic.

Had to find a place to house a midsize family while visiting my son’s future college and the space was perfect for myself, 3 children and in laws. Great space overall. It was so comfy that we canceled our plans on Sunday and just lounged at the house and enjoyed the space and cooked and hung out .usually on vacation you tend to create an itinerary for yourself but it was so comfy we decided to just stay at the house and relax . There were a great selection of board games, cards, a spacious backyard and tvs were huge. Only one room (with the bunk beds) had no TVbut that forced my kids to touch some grass lol. So wasn’t bad after all. A home away from home stay for sure . Will gladly come back there when we come down for visits with my son.

Heidi went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Welcomed us with our two small dogs, back and front yard fenced in and safe for them to enjoy . Very clean, awesome water pressure, great washer and dryer. Kitchen is great and has all essentials needed for cooking. Lovely one month stay. Whole Foods and plenty of grocery stores near by. Most important the mattress is very comfortable. Will stay here again when visiting.
