Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

The studio has comfortable chairs, a drop-leaf table, fast Wi-Fi, Roku TV, wardrobe & a rustic kitchenette filled with all the basics. . . including an induction stove. We decorate to seasons.

Civic Arts Plaza and Camarillo Outlets. Driving distance to Ventura and Malibu beaches.

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Very fast WIFI. The home has both an indoor and outdoor shower.

This home is about 1 hour from Los Angeles.
