A great place to stay, it gave me inner peace, and I didn't need to explore the town at all. Sandra's house and garden are worth spending two or three days in.The details of the house reflect the care of Sandra and her husband, providing everything you may need (including various kitchen utensils, body care, mosquito repellent, etc.), and the bedding is clean, soft and fragrant.Sandra prepared a very generous breakfast, and the experience of having breakfast in the gazebo was very good.The vineyard in front of the window, the cats of loved ones in the yard, the lavender all over the floor, everything is like a dream!

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Bettina’s appartement was excellent. The room is very cosy and nice and well equipped. Beds were lovely. Bettina and Max were super kind and helpful. The house is located inna wonderful spot in the hills and nature. Would definitely return to this gorgeous place.

The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

Phenomenal. Beautiful villa with unbelievable views. Spacious two bedroom and third big loft area. Great kitchen, well equipped. Lovely outdoor spaces and pool. Up a long dirt road but our car had no problem. Michela and Marco were so organized, meeting us to show us and providing lots of recommendations. So peaceful!

Apartment in a great location both for visiting Città di Castello and the surrounding places. Nothing was missing and it was very clean and tidy. Absolutely ideal for 2 people
