We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

La Alegría de la Huerta is a rural complex with a lot of charm, located in an exclusive and protected environment: the natural park of Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia (next to Cepeda, Salamanca). It consists of an old, renovated 20th century farmhouse and two beautiful, independent cabins. The cabins (bungalows) are two charming wooden houses that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a bathroom, shower, and fully stocked kitchen. There are outdoor areas with a barbecue.

Tourism is our biggest draw. In addition, pilgrims making the Vía de la Plata pilgrimage route must pass through Aldehuela del Jerte, the town where our accommodation is located.
