From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, da man abgelegen auf einem Berg wohnt. Im Haus selbst ist noch eine Unterkunft, die war während unserm Besuch nicht belegt. Küchenutensilien vorhanden , aber man muss sich alles an Gewürze/Öl besorgen. In der Anzeige stehen 2 Einzelbetten + Schlafcouch , ist aber 1 Doppelbett + Schlafcouch. Ist nicht wirklich groß, geht aber voll klar. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, muss hier her kommen. Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Nächte dort, empfehlen es absolut weiter

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Julio’s apartment. The location for us was perfect and we found the complex and pool area very clean and peaceful, plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day. The apartment itself was very clean with a terrace overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus when we needed it. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice! Julio was very responsive when we needed any help or recommendations, he is a wonderful host. So much so that we have already booked to return next year!

A well situated apartment with private terrace and free access to beautiful pool overlooking the sea, a ten minute walk to a small local beach. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was given a discount due to the heavy building works taking place opposite which the host was upfront about on their Airbnb posting. Extremely grateful to Christian for the flexibility on my check in time, friendly host with lots of local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Great place, beautiful views from the window, nice and clean apartment, in the area you will find everything you need and the host is very helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved it. Apartment was stunning, modern and spotless. To be honest we spent most of our holiday on the stunning veranda, we didn't need to go anywhere else! We will definitely be back.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Marta. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement et la proximité avec l’océan. On ne se lasse pas du son des vagues 🌊 Marta est une hôte exceptionnelle qui nous a suggéré de nombreux points d’intérêts à proximité. Nous reviendrons sûrement chez Marta lors de notre prochain passage sur l’île ! Merci !

E' stato un bellissimo soggiorno. La casa era in una posizione comoda, con una bellissima vista sul mare. Sentire il rumore delle onde dal balcone nella notte e poter ammirare il magnifico cielo stellato di Tenerife d'inverno è una piccola gioia aggiuntiva della casa. Carmen , la persona che ci ha accolto, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova in una zona turistica ma con tutti i servizi più utili raggiungibili a piedi, anche la spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi. L' appartamento è ben tenuto, letti comodi e una cucina ben attrezzata. Avevamo noleggiato una macchina e nei dintorni del palazzo abbiamo trovato sempre facilmente parcheggio. Inoltre c'era la possibilità di utilizzare una bella e attrezzata piscina condominiale . Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie Marc.

In jeder Hinsicht eine großartige Wohnung! Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Der Ortskern mit vielen Restaurants und einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Lebensmittel) ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der vorhandene Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil. Liebe Béa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

We had a great stay here, the apartment is right next to a lovely dark sandy beach which is swimmable in calm waters. There is plenty of restaurants and if you want to explore more of the island. It is a good location near the highway to get you out and about. Parking can be a bit hit and miss sometimes but not too bad. David was a great host. We were arriving late and have clear directions, videos and had someone guide us into the apartment. So the checking in process was very smooth. The highlight for us was probably the balcony. A very nice place to chill out with views to the beach on the left and to the hills on the right!

Liebe Andrés und Natasha, Danke das ihr dieses Traumhaus am Meer für Gäste zugänglich gemacht habt. Für uns das schönste Airbnb, das wir je hatten. Es ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über hohe Räume mit spannendem Grundriss. Es ist direkt am Meer und leicht zu finden. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und Fensterfronten waren der Wahnsinn. So konnten wir beispielsweise unsere Kindern vom unteren Sitzplatz entspannt im Liegestuhl beim spielen am Strand zusehen. Alle Räume sind sehr inspirierend und das ständige Rauschen der Wellen hat uns sehr entspannt schlafen lassen. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem oberen Schlafzimmer ist einmalig und sehr romantisch. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Bei diesen Umständen war es auch nicht schlimm, dass das WLAN ein paar mal ausgefallen war. (Ursache war Stromausfall im Ort/ Netzausfall in Teneriffa). The landlord responded to our questions very promptly. One day we accidentally locked our keys at home, and someone quickly helped to open the door. Secondly, the location of the room is very good, there are many restaurants, and it is convenient to go to various activities. The various facilities in the room are also relatively complete. However, the shower water is sometimes not hot enough at night, and the parking space downstairs is a little scarce. Overall, it is a very good place and highly recommended.

To był najlepszy apartament w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Piękny wystrój mieszkania, niesamowity widok z balkonu, cicha sypialnia. Apartament był bardzo czysty, pościel świeża i pachnąca. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Duży plus za pralkę. W sypialni i salonie wiatraki sufitowe. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, z dala od głośnych uliczek z restauracjami. Miejsca parkingowe na długości całej ulicy. Wieczorem dużo miejsc się zwalniało i mogliśmy parkować przed samym wejściem do apartamentu. W odległości 5 minut samochodem Mercadona i Lidl. Fantastyczny kontakt z Agne sprawił, że wycisnęliśmy z naszego pobytu 100%. Z przyjemnością odwiedzimy te miejsce ponownie. Wystawilibyśmy 10 gwiazdek gdyby się tylko dało 🙂 Dziękujemy za pobyt w tym miejscu.

У нас было замечательное времяпровождение, по запросу администрация устроила романтику к нашему приезду - цветы, вино, фрукты, лепестки роз. Вид шикарный на океан, джакузи классная, классно очень после активного дня. Расположение шикарное, в тихом месте, но в пешей доступности к городу и классным кафе

Très bel appartement situé dans un petit village au bord de mer, vue directe sur l’océan. Accès à une plage à 10 minutes à pied. Christelle est très disponible par message et a laissé des petites attentions très agréables. Tout le confort y est et on s’y sent comme chez soi. Les pièces sont spacieuses et la terrasse est superbe. Les places de stationnement sont limitées dans le village notamment le week-end mais rien de rédhibitoire. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.
