From the living room, you can walk into the spacious garden, exclusively for you. In the complete, stylish kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. The bathroom is also a nice experience, with plenty of space and atmosphere. From our cottage, you can cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. But Bergen and Alkmaar are also nearby.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with sun loungers and umbrellas. Bikes can also be parked here.
