Eva’s communication set air BNB newbies minds at rest. Villa Kenia was really well appointed, close to local amenities and perfect for our family holiday. Eva gave us assistance with airport transfers and made us feel very welcome. Playa Blanca is a brilliant resort with lots of lovely dining options at the harbour as well as further into town. I loved the washing machine. I’ve come home with barely any washing to do. I cannot recommend villa Kenia enough and have personally recommended to my friends and family.

This spacious tastefully decorated villa comfortably accommodated all of us. We were 8 adults and one 4 year old child. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential road away from the traffic. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was kept safe by closing the patio doors. We enjoyed the top floor sun bathing area as well as the pool area. There was plenty of shade when we had had enough sun. We made full use of the cooking facilities, BBQ, washing machine and line, dishwasher. We could eat as a family both inside and poolside. The TV was set up so we could watch British channels including CBBs for the little one. There was parking space on the quiet road outside for our two hire cars. A useful key safe was installed at the front gate enabling all of us to gain access while keeping everything secure. There was a good supermarket(Dino) and excellent steak restaurant (La Bohemia) within a few minutes walk. Both the owner Yann and his local representative Bernard were helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in Daniel’s villa in January 2025. The place looked exactly like the photos. The villa is very modern, with spacious rooms and everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds, pristine bathrooms and the pool and hottub spotless. The beach is a 15 min walk away but there is a taxi rank outside of the complex where taxis come very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in a top villa. Traveled with our 3 young children who all had a blast. Villa is very spacious, has everything you need, with lovely mountain/sea view from the terrace. Sam a great host and very responsive. We hired a car to make the trips to Lidl and old town a little handier, to see a little of the island, and on return there was parking always available right beside the villa. Glad we hired a car but you could easily walk to everywhere if your kids are maybe touching adolescent stage. Walk to the beach and main strip is 10-15 mins. Will be recommending to others and hope to go back. 👍🏻

Great location for exploring the north of the island. Plenty to do within 15min drive and only a few minutes drive to get to Costa Teguise. The house was very spacious and clean with lots of equipment for self catering. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice quiet location within easy reach of the marina and an easy walk along the prom into Playa Blanca centre. I'd recommend a hire car, which seem very reasonably priced for a week fro/to the airport, but there are plenty of buses & taxis; although the latter seemed to get busy around in the evenings, especially from the marina/taxi stands around 10pm.

A really lovely villa. It is a twenty minute brisk walk to the sea front, but there are supermarkets 10 minutes away (new Aldi due to open soon) and we like the walking which is very flat. Kevin really is extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with by message. There were no problems with the accommodation at all which is really well equipped. As pointed out in the description, there is construction work close by, but we barely noticed it as it was not in our line of vision from the villa and was really quiet.

Fantastic host, beautiful property and in a fantastic location. Everything you need in a great holiday. Will def be back again!

The communication with Lorena was perfect and the van is great, it has everything you need to spend a few perfect days and was very comfortable to drive, we will repeat for sure!

What a besutiful villa. The outside space is just perfect, with lots of different sesting areas, sun or sgade options too. It 's a bit of a way out from Playa Blanca, with Plata Flamingo walkable, making it peaceful but you really need a car. Great choice of reastaurants with Flor de Sal standing out as pretty special. A small supermarket close by too. Overall a lovely place to stay

Very nice and modern house in the middle of an rural area. It is is as described in the profile. Not a stand alone house. It is wall to wall with two other cottages and the terrace is next to a bigger house for a larger group. So you hear your neighbors. Private marked parking in front of the house. You need a car as there is no infrastructure nearby. We liked the place !

A nice house on a quiet street on the edge of Costa Teguise. It has all the amenities, and everything worked. Recomended.

It is a spacious home, with all the comforts and exactly as it appears in its description. In a good enough spot in the village of Teguise, so you can move on foot. IT IS next TO the village square. Traditional home and very friendly host. It helped us better organize our stay and what we will visit with the instructions he gave us. Well done, Alex !

A house with amazing view. We loved the big terrace with pool and garden, but also the bed rooms upstairs allowed for an awesome vista. The house is very spacious and was spotless clean on arrival. With being located in Conil, the house is also the perfect hub to explore Lanzarote in all directions. We loved it.

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

Perfect for a family holiday with an infant. Very well stocked kitchen, lovely heated pool, nice outdoor spaces to sit in. Well set up for kids with cot, high chair etc. Walkable to marina with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Lanzarote, so we didn’t really know what to expect. The accommodation is peacefully located just a few minutes from the main road, where you’ll also find a supermarket. Everything is easy to reach, yet you’re far from the crowds and can enjoy a wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay. The place is spotless and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect. The (sun-)heated pool is pleasant, even when the weather is a bit cooler. Karen is very discreet but super approachable. Every message was answered almost immediately, always with helpful tips! Do ask her for tips about the island! In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I loved my holiday in Playa Blanca, I don't usually go back to the same place but I would definitely stay here again. The house was ideal with kids, private and the pool / PlayStation made the place exceptional.

Our stay was lovely. The small house is very comfortable and clean with all the necessary equipment. It's great comfort. Maria Alexandra and Frank are lovely and very responsive. They are very welcoming hosts. The place is in a great location close to Teguise and Haria. We highly recommend it.

An enchanting place that this typical Canarian house with its terrace, jacuzzi, bbq and view! In addition very central to visit the north and south of the island or enjoy the beaches of Puerto del Carmen which are 10 minutes by car (tip to park on the small parking lot facing the sea calle bajamar) Helen the owner was always available and caring! I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

Really enjoyed our stay. Karen was a great host - friendly, helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week at Villa Shalimar. It is a stunning villa - very chic, clean and spacious with fabulous views of the sea and Fuerta Ventura in the distance. I spent many hours sitting on the peaceful, shady terrace just taking it all in! Bliss! The pool is the perfect temperature and, although not really big enough for swimming, serves as a great plunge pool to cool off in. It’s perfect for small children, I’d imagine. Benoit is an extremely attentive host, always responding to queries within the hour, usually almost immediately. He is very helpful - an exceptional host. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, far from the madding crowd but just a few minutes drive to the beach and amenities. Thanks, Benoit 😊

This place is the perfect balance of private and peaceful, with immediate access to the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca. The accomodation is clean and well equipped. There is a shared pool but we always had it to ourselves. The garden was my favourite place. There were lots of seats in different areas to follow the sun or shade. It was the perfect place to read a book or do yoga. At no point do you feel overlooked by other guests. If l was to visit Lanzarote again, then l would definitely return here.
