The 50m2 studio shares land with our house but is completely independent with an entrance and private garden, for the exclusive enjoyment of guests. It is perfect for two people with all the amenities they need. The open space, with a bedroom, bathroom and living room /kitchen overlooking the garden, highlighting the large windows that allow the space to be extended to the outside. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, bath towels, and beach towels.

A shallow white bowl is filled with various seashells and smooth pebbles. The shells display a range of textures and colors, including light beige, cream, and hints of pink. Starfish and scalloped shells are featured prominently among the natural elements.

An incredible view and accommodation, just open the windows a little and the wind coming from the ocean cools everything! Waking up and going to bed with a view like that pays for everything... then very close to the beach and incredible streets! Plus, it's very close to Graciosa, which is definitely worth a day all to itself!

Hector’s place is literally right on the harbour beach, which is perfectly good for a quick dip and sunbathe. Very near shops, restaurants and the fabulous bakery. Yes, it’s a bit noisier being so central (plus our visit straddled a fiesta weekend) but not too bad. We got a great view of the fireworks 😀. The apartment is much nicer and more spacious than the photos show! Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of towels, etc. Very comfy beds. My husband appreciated the blackout curtains and peace in the master bedroom. Great shower pressure and loads of hot water. 2 terraces upstairs! 1 has a roll out sunshade. The stairs are quite steep and made of stone so this house might not be suitable for families with very young children but for adults/older kids it would Hector is a polite and unobtrusive host. Availability of earlier check was appreciated. Overall we were very happy and comfortable here. Good value for money. Muchas gracias 🙏

Well, this house is probably the most beautiful house I have ever rented in this app till today. The arquitecture, the lightning, the view, everything is prestige. An absolute work of art. Even better than that pictures. We felt like home and even more. You will not regret this place in any way. An absolute five stars on my behalf!! thanks!!

The apartment was great, Isable is very attentive, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, the two terraces are very spacious and with good views the location is great

A little paradise on the island of la graciosa, it is located a little farther than the center of the island, which makes the house much more intimate (does not mean that it is far, since it is in the same cove of sebum but somewhat more secluded, location of 10) You have direct access to give yourself a bath from the terrace of the accommodation itself, it's ideal!! You arrive from touring, bañito and to rest in the house! Super well equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom! Jesús is a good host and friendly, he took care of us super fast and left recommendations from the island. We'll be back
