The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Moreover, Aishah is a wonderful host, very responsive to your queries. Overall, had a wonderful couple of days and would definitely recommend it.

Great spot for your trip to York if you’re driving about! Very quiet and private but on their land. Lovely hosts and always on hand to respond to any questions. Stayed for a month and was a perfect base! Underfloor heating was lush

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

Ideal place if you’re staying in Bradford.

The property is quirky, peaceful and perfect to get lost from the world in. we had the most amazing time with our dog who enjoyed herself free to roam around the ample space in the garden. spending our days relaxing in the hottub, making pizzas from scratch in the outdoor pizza oven, changing sunning spots on the multitude of comfortable seating in the garden whilst cooking on the bbq and eating alfresco dailey. The pool table and dart board also provided some nice entertainment whilst we played our music in the outdoor pub. The hosts are so friendly as they pass you by making you feel that comfortable as if they are the ones who are intruding in your space and not the truth that you are actually in there home. The coach house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I honestly can not recommend this place enough. I am sad to have had to leave and have already started to plan to return with multiple of my family members in toe... thankyou so much 💓

The place was clean and spacious with a large comfortable couch to relax on during the evening. Bryn was very friendly and shared activities to do around the area. The flat was close to a park that was nice to take walks in.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Most lovely stay! Place is absolutely fabulous, exceeding expectations, hospitality was incredible, had the warmest welcome from Alister who showed us round and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back would recommend to anyone who wants to book. Thanks again for all your hospitality!

Beautiful home and very responsive host we had a great time however there is a £400 charge for cleaning and I fail to see how that was applied. You are expected to look after animals which was a bonus for our family but can see would be an inconvenience for some especially as there are no railings where chickens situated so not safe or easily got to. Lots of steps so any elderly relatives may struggle a bit but have completed fallen in love with Yorkshire place and people were fabulous!

The house was in a beautiful location for our stay and we enjoyed the added luxury of the hot tub and sauna. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. Gargrave is a lovely spot offering great access.

We stayed here with the children we care for so all needed own bedrooms unable to share. Was perfect. Husband was over the moon with the tv channels as he could watch The Masters! klaudia has thought of everything that could be needed. Fully equipped home. Perfect for us will defo stay again
