Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Our unique and recently refurbished home is located in the heart of a wonderful Canarian town called Agaete. It is an oasis of peace with lots of light, space, local plants, and beautiful energy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.

The house has all the necessary amenities and is within a huge private estate surrounded by vegetation and connected to several rural roads. Ideal for spending quality time with family, outdoor dining, barbecues, long walks and exploring the famous Tajinaste Azul route, a beautiful shrub endemic to the archipelago. The house shares some passage areas with other houses.
