It's located on the 5th(elevator until 4th floor + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
