Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Casa impeccabile, come da descrizione, servizi ottimi per adulti e bambini. La casa é perfetta anche per i proprietari di cani, perché gli spazi sono molto ampi, completamente recintati e la zona é molto tranquilla. Federico é un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta con spazi ampi adatta a gruppi numerosi. E’ inoltre anche bene attrezzata. Consiglierei di migliorare l’appartamento al piano terra per quanto riguarda la cameretta ed il bagno. Il proprietario è stato super gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Villa posizionata in mezzo alla colline in un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. L’esterno della villa è la piscina sono davvero bellissimi e ti permettono di godere dell’aria aperta e del panorama circostante. Casa accogliente e con tutto quello che serve per passare un soggiorno in famiglia, adatta ai grandi gruppi come il nostro. Host veramente reattivi, disponibili e pazienti nei nostri confronti.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Vårt opphold med storfamilien vår i Ospitaletto 49 ble svært vellykket. Vivar 16 mennesker ogleide hele huset. Bassenget var rent og og innbydende og huset rent og trivelig. Verten var svært hjelpsom og hyggelig. Verten var innom hver dag og stelte med hagen, matet kattene (mange!), viste oss modne bær og frukter og hjalp til med informasjon. De pratet kun italiensk, men vi kommuniserte via oversettelses-apper. Det var 2 sykler som var brukbare etter at vi selv hadde justert og smurt dem. Det var ikke myggnetting på alle rom, men vi fikk hjelp til å få dette opp. Samme med de manglende viftene, det ble raskt hjulpet til med å skaffe vifter. Været var visstnok mye varmere og mere myggfullt enn normalt (virker sannsynlig, vi kom rett etter en varmebølge). Området var nydelig, men flotte landsbyer og småbyer svært nærme, både i gangavstand og ikke minst en kort kjøretur unna.

Luogo fantastico e davvero ben tenuto. Spazi esterni ampissimi. Appartamenti grandi il giusto, puliti e ben curati. La signora Luciana molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina ha un panorama molto bello ed è ben tenuta. Chiaramente bisogna essere in macchina perché nelle vicinanze a piedi non si trova nulla ma in auto a 5/10 minuti avete tutto ciò che serve. Soggiorno consigliatissimo.

Volevamo un alloggio grande per un ritrovo di compagni di scuola, questa soluzione era perfetta. Con una piccola rimodernata questa villa, composta di tre appartamenti, diventerebbe un alloggio favoloso.

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Ottimo posto in cui rilassarsi a pochi passi da Perugia. Appartamenti come da descrizione e completi di tutto. Piscina a pochi passi dagli appartamenti con area giochi adiacente, comodo per chi ha bambini. Magari si potrebbero sistemare le altalene che si vedono nelle foto. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene con il ristorante ma per il resto é un ottimo posto in cui passare qualche giorno lontano da tutto.

Rosanna und Patrick sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, mitten im Grünen, total ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kein unnötiger Krempel. Wir liebten den Blick aus dem Küchenfenster, wenn wir unser Essen zubereiteten. Der super gepflegte Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Verweilen ein! Viele tolle Orte in Umbrien, wie Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lago Trasimeno ... sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch in der Toskana, wie Arrezzo, Cortona, ... ist man gleich. Die Empfehlungen von Rosanna oder Patrick waren immer hilfreich. Wir sind sicher, wir werden wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Alesandro and his father were some of the best hosts we have ever had. The place is lovely and in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice. But what really stands out are the hosts- from helping arrange and buy surprise for our parents 50th wedding anniversary to patience with our many questions- we really were impressed.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à la Fattoria. Notre hôte était accueillant et réactif. L’endroit est magnifique et paisible.

Gwenda e i suoi genitori sono stati molto gentili e ospitali, è stato come essere in famiglia. Ci hanno dato la piena disponibilità del loro orto, la signora Manuela ci ha preparato diversi piatti molto buoni e ci ha pure offerto un'ottima torta fatta in casa. Ottima posizione, si trova ad un'ora da Assisi e Gubbio, è immerso nel verde ed è adatto alle famiglie con bimbi, mio figlio ha adorato gli animali dei proprietari. La piscina è stupenda, peccato non essere riusciti a sfruttarla per il tempo non bellissimo. Grazie di tutto!! :) Grazie Gwenda per averci mandato la posizione esatta!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and view are absolutely amazing and the house is big enough for a big group of people. Especially the outdoor furniture was very nice and the communication was great! Just a note for future guests: the track to the house is not easy to pass with some cars.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrew. Sa maison est magnifique et très agréable. Nous étions 9 et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit grâce aux 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La maison reste fraiche pendant la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et bien fleuri. Les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables surtout celle ombragée par une superbe glycine. La piscine est parfaite avec sa plage et ses nombreux transats. L'environnement est très calme et la vue très belle. Andrew nous a fourni de bons conseils que nous avons suivis pour nos visites quotidiennes. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre semaine de vacances, les petits comme les grands.
