Absolutely breathtaking

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

Very nice and well-kept house with ample space suitable for large groups. It is also well equipped. I would recommend improving the apartment on the ground floor as regards the bedroom and bathroom. The owner was super kind and very helpful in solving a small problem.

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

We really enjoyed this villa. The house is huge, well maintained and very welcoming. Furnishings chosen precisely and carefully to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and the indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. an amazing stay. We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

We were a group of 16 people, half adults, half teenagers, who spent one week at Ostipellago49, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. A beautiful and rustic former farmhouse turned into four separate flats fully equipped to house our large group. Although we missed a communal kitchen, we managed to use one of the kitchens as our main cooking area and made good use of the multiple barbecue options. The small vegetable garden provided us with fresh lettuce and tomatoes free of charge. During the hot afternoons, the pool area was a prime spot for relaxation with the plentiful sunbeds, shady canopies and a large pool. Even after returning back home, Theresa and Valerio continued to provide great service, sending us a hoodie that one of us had forgotten. The language barrier was easily managed via mobile translation tools. We offer our best recommendations.

Fantastic place and really well maintained. Very large outdoor spaces. Large apartments, just right, clean and well maintained. Mrs. Luciana is very kind and helpful. The pool has a very nice view and is well maintained. Clearly you have to have a car because there is nothing nearby on foot but by car in 5/10 minutes you have everything you need. Highly recommended stay.

We wanted a large place to stay for a gathering of schoolmates, this solution was perfect. With a small renovation, this villa, consisting of three apartments, would become a fabulous accommodation.

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Great place to relax just a few steps from Perugia. Apartments as described and complete with everything. Pool a short walk from the apartments with adjacent play area, convenient for those with children. Maybe you could fix the swings in the photos. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good time with the restaurant, but otherwise it's a great place to spend a few days away from everything.

Rosanna and Patrick are wonderful hosts and very friendly. The location of the house is fantastic, surrounded by greenery, totally quiet. The house is very well equipped, no unnecessary clutter. We loved the view from the kitchen window when we were preparing our food. The super well-maintained pool invites you to swim and linger! Many great places in Umbria, such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lake Trasimeno ... are quickly accessible, but also in Tuscany, such as Arrezzo, Cortona, ... you are the same. The recommendations of Rosanna or Patrick were always helpful. We are sure we will come back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Alesandro and his father were some of the best hosts we have ever had. The place is lovely and in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice. But what really stands out are the hosts- from helping arrange and buy surprise for our parents 50th wedding anniversary to patience with our many questions- we really were impressed.

Gwenda and her parents were very kind and hospitable, it was like being in the family. They gave us the full availability of their garden, Mrs. Manuela prepared several very good dishes for us and even offered us a great homemade cake. Great location, it is an hour from Assisi and Gubbio, it is surrounded by greenery and is suitable for families with children, my son loved the animals of the owners. The pool is beautiful, too bad we couldn't take advantage of it for not beautiful weather. Thank you for everything! :) Thank you Gwenda for sending us the exact location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and view are absolutely amazing and the house is big enough for a big group of people. Especially the outdoor furniture was very nice and the communication was great! Just a note for future guests: the track to the house is not easy to pass with some cars.

Tegolaio was the perfect place for our group or friends. We were able to visit around the wonderful Umbria and Toscana or just stay at home reading in one of the multiple cosy areas of the house or simply chilling by the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. The 4 bathrooms and showers are surprisingly modern and the bedrooms classy. The kitchen is a dream full of every item you can think of. Having lunch or dinner under the impressive wisteria or having breakfast looking at the mountains, our favorite moments every day. Andrew was fun, kind and very very helpful. Already thinking of repeating next year. Just the perfect stay!
