House vacation rentals in Calcinelli

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

This was the best holiday. The best house, town, food, wine, pool, views, everything, and that's not even including how amazing Ramona's parents were. Genuinely we had the best week, and will 100% be returning soon. Thanks!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We had a magical stay at Sally's place. Easy and pleasant communication. Beautiful area. All the ingredients put together for an unforgettable stay. We warmly recommend the restaurant Simone Corsetti - Ai Girasoli di Sant'Andrea. You won't be disappointed!

Mara is an attentive, helpful, generous and welcoming host. The place is beautiful, very quiet away from the chaos of the city. An experience to recommend

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Perfect place to rest after a busy day on the racetrack! Calm, peaceful and adorable host! Must recommend!

great location, short distance to the beaches, and town. Ale was a great host, even helped with food as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. some nice touches, the bread, wine etc were greatly appreciated Ale was also a great help with booking restaurants and recommendations.

Incredible place with lovely host, I would recommend this place to everyone. A couple of key things: 1) This place is so close to the sea, amazing. It is also right next to a lovely small grocer filled with the most incredible women and an enoteca with equally wonderfully owners. We recommend befriending these lovely people (as well as our hosts amazing store). 2) The power is limited in the flat, so it is recommended to only run one appliance at a time. We stayed for a month and got very good at coordinating the oven, washer and AC. 3) We recommend if you are there in the hot busy months to use the windows soundproofing. the soundproofing is really wonderful and blocks out 60-70% of the noise. However if you keep the windows open at night you lose the soundproofing. 4) Bring your own beach towels. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Excellent apartments, cozy, located in a quiet place, close to the train station, a large supermarket is 8 minutes walk away. The apartment matches the description and photos. Communication with Sarah was very pleasant, special thanks for the fact that we were able to check in earlier! I recommend it to everyone!

As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

We stayed 2 weeks at 5 (2 adults and 3 children) The setting is idyllic. The house is large as well as the swimming pool. Alex and Prya are hypers responsive and do everything to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Highly recommendable host and listing. What a positive thing. For owners of an electric vehicle, the property has a Tesla domestic terminal. Recharge of about 7km per hour. Umbertide has fast chargers in front of the COOP supermarket.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by greenery in the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "as old friends," accompanying us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately struck by the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable information about restaurants, routes to take, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is a note of merit) already expressed verbally to Roberto and which can be useful to everyone: the photos do not fully reflect the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty that is much more appreciable in person. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfying experience, of which I cannot find any negative aspect. Sincere compliments for the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts... not everyone has it.

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.
