I recommend this accommodation, I always had a quick response and the apartment has everything you need for a great stay. It is very well located on a main avenue where you can walk to convenient places. I was surprised that it had an espresso machine in the kitchen and I took the opportunity to buy some good coffee to prepare. My son took advantage of the tub and took a bath to relax after a long day of walking around La Paz. :-)

If you are staying in la Paz, I highly recommend Andrés's listing. Not only has Andrés been a very helpful and responsive host, but the appartment itself is beautiful, very clean and in a safe location. Great for both short and long term stays.

The apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The closet may require maintenance, but it was still functional. The kitchen is very well equipped, so for breakfasts and fast dinners very functional, with functional appliances. Small bathroom, functional and well used the space to have a washing machine. Los Concierges friendly and helpful at all times. Ángeles is very attentive and ready to respond to messages immediately or in a short time and her husband Ludwing is a good host. They provide all the help that is in their hands. Great hosts!

Carefully decorated apartment and very well equipped. Its location is ideal in a peaceful neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. Cable car is a 10 minute walk. The view of La Paz from the 6th floor where the apartment is located is exceptional. One of the best Airbnb listings I've ever been to. Would highly recommend!

Very nice, spacious, modern apartment. Good shower with hot water. Basic kitchen ware. Nice views. Unfortunately it’s not in a very convenient location for exploring and seeing the sights. One other thing is that we had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people to share for 4 days. Asked the host about getting more and was ignored. Those sort of necessities should be properly stocked.

Beautiful! A lovely Airbnb with everything you need, felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I stayed here after non-stop moving from hostel to hostel in the last month and it was just what we needed. Walkable distance to the sites of La Paz and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of seeing the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who comes to La Paz!

I was very happy with my stay! The complex consists of several flats, all of which can also be found on AirBnb, kind of like an aparthotel. The flat is large, especially the bathroom, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is modern. Nothing was lacking. For those who care: There is a Smart TV with Netflix and co. You can reach the Teleferico station Sopocachi in 5 minutes and Plaza Espana, where you can find most of the minibuses (the public transport in La Paz). There is an in house laundry service and the flat is thoroughly cleaned once a week for longer stays (I was there for 1 month), including changing bed linen, towels etc. All in all, a top service! See you next time!

Although at first we felt like we were right out of town at the top of a very long hill with 8 flights of stairs to get home ( with 2 young children this was important to us) we came to love returning to the peaceful , homely apartment with quite easily the BEST views in la Paz , and absolutely loved spending our downtime here. Thankyou !

Excellent place. Very friendly all hotel staff. They helped us get to various places. Eduardo's accommodation was the best option to get an objective view of the city.
