Très bel accueil. Ligia est très réactive et arrangeante, nous avions un problème d'eau chaude qui a été résolu du jour au lendemain. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. 15 min à pied du marché des sorcières. Immeuble très sécuritaire. Parfait :)

Recomiendo este alojamiento, siempre tuve respuesta rápida y el departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una excelente estadía. Esta muy bien ubicado sobre una avenida principal donde se puede ir caminando a lugares de conveniencia. Me sorprendió que tenga cafetera de espresso en la cocina y aproveche para comprar un buen café para preparar. Mi hijo aprovechó la tina y tomó un baño para relajarse después de un largo día de paseo por La Paz. :-)

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable y confortable. Quizá requiere mantenimiento el clóset, pero aún así fue funcional. La cocina muy bien equipada, así que para desayunos y cenas rápidas muy funcional, con electrodomésticos funcionales. Baño pequeño, funcional y bien aprovechado el espacio para contar con lavadora. Los Concierges amables y serviciales en todo momento. Ángeles muy atenta y presta a responder mensajes de inmediato o en poco tiempo y su esposo Ludwing buen anfitrión. Proporcionan toda la ayuda que está en sus manos. ¡Excelentes anfitriones!

If you are staying in la Paz, I highly recommend Andrés's listing. Not only has Andrés been a very helpful and responsive host, but the appartment itself is beautiful, very clean and in a safe location. Great for both short and long term stays.

Very nice, spacious, modern apartment. Good shower with hot water. Basic kitchen ware. Nice views. Unfortunately it’s not in a very convenient location for exploring and seeing the sights. One other thing is that we had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people to share for 4 days. Asked the host about getting more and was ignored. Those sort of necessities should be properly stocked.

We had a absolutely great time at Silvias appartement. We stayed for a week, left for a short trip and then came back again for three nights. Silvia is very responsive and helpful and even arranged that we could store our baggage when we weren’t around. The appartment looks like on the picture and is located at an absolute sweet spot: in a super central street with barely any cars and therefore barely any noice. We slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and the bathroom is modern, with a nice shower (the warm water was a bit unsteady though). Would definitely come back if I could!

Excelente lugar, cómodo, silencioso, espacioso. Nuestros niños se sintieron felices, y nosotros tranquilos. Lugar accesible a tiendas de barrio y tiendas más grandes, transporte público. Excelente opción en La Paz. Muy buena respuesta de la anfitriona a cualquier duda y pregunta.

Beautiful! A lovely Airbnb with everything you need, felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I stayed here after non-stop moving from hostel to hostel in the last month and it was just what we needed. Walkable distance to the sites of La Paz and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of seeing the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who comes to La Paz!

I was very happy with my stay! The complex consists of several flats, all of which can also be found on AirBnb, kind of like an aparthotel. The flat is large, especially the bathroom, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is modern. Nothing was lacking. For those who care: There is a Smart TV with Netflix and co. You can reach the Teleferico station Sopocachi in 5 minutes and Plaza Espana, where you can find most of the minibuses (the public transport in La Paz). There is an in house laundry service and the flat is thoroughly cleaned once a week for longer stays (I was there for 1 month), including changing bed linen, towels etc. All in all, a top service! See you next time!

Although at first we felt like we were right out of town at the top of a very long hill with 8 flights of stairs to get home ( with 2 young children this was important to us) we came to love returning to the peaceful , homely apartment with quite easily the BEST views in la Paz , and absolutely loved spending our downtime here. Thankyou !

Excelente lugar. Muy amables todo el personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron a llegar a varios lugares. La habitación muy cómoda, te reciben con todo muy limpio y ordenado, el baño muy limpio y con agua caliente. Como conclusión, recomendable al 100%. Nosotros fuimos en familia y nos trataron muy bien.

La ubicación, la seguridad del edificio, la inmejorable vista, la comunicación permanente y la preocupación de Eduardo por sus huéspedes; fueron los aspectos más importantes de nuestra estancia.
