The creation of architect Lindsay Tellez, who has created a prototype for sustainable living in Bolivia that provides a comfortable and cosy place to stay. The house features a unique vertical greenhouse and water conservation system based on the natural filtration of totora reeds from nearby Lake Titicaca. Small workshops can be arranged on request to learn more about this pioneering form of agriculture.

El huesped contará con baño, cuarto privado, áreas comunes como el estar, amplio living, comedor, cocina. El eficio es pequeño, por lo que solo existen siete departamentos, contamos con sercicio de porteria de día. La habitación está amoblada, con cama, sabanas, frazadas y edredón, ropero, velador y un piso totalmente alfombrado, lo que lo hace calientito.
