This place is spectacular and is so close to the geen line. The nearby shops are lovely. It felt like I was in New York!! The view from the balcony of the garden is magical and the staff at the hotel made us feel safe. The staff is available around the clock. The breakfast is proivded at a discount and there is a huge selection of meats, pastries, stir fries, eggs, etc. to choose from. I will try to bring my family back to this magical location.

Favio and his mother were amazing hosts- we arrived early from a night bus and they let us check in straight away. They gave us so many recommendations and helped us with any queries that we had, we were even treat to some delicious figs! The room is perfect, comfortable and has vans outside the door to taken you anywhere in the city. Definitely recommend staying here in La Paz!

Overall a great experience. Location, although a little steep, is just a few walking minutes away from the main centric avenues in the city. The place itself is very comfortable and private. There's complete flexibility when it comes to entrance. The host and family are very kind, gladly providing you with any sort of information or assistance you may need; and the cat, lovingly called "Chuchi" is very welcoming. I really have no complaints other than the place's hygiene. The room when I arrived was a bit dusty and had spider webs on the corners of the bedroom that I had to get rid off myself. It was clear that no one stepped in there for a while. The bathroom, while not too dirty, could have used some deep cleaning before my arrival and was prone to bad smells. Other than that, I found the place to be very convenient and accessible. Definitely a good choice if you're looking to get a simple humble-abode to keep your things, rest, work online if you need it and move around La Paz.

I had a wonderful time with Gladys and her daughter and the other guests. I highly recommend her house. The room I stayed in is equipped with a private bathroom + shower, a kitchen sink and stove, pots/pans/silverware etc., and a fridge which was all very useful. You pass through the living room and then another door to get to a private hallway and the entrance to the space so it feels very private (you can lock the door if you want). I got very sick 3 different times during my 2 months in Bolivia and Gladys looked after me bringing me medicine and powerade which was so sweet and kind. They also invited me to make and share lunch with them and the other guests on the weekends and showed me around the city. They will take you in as family. Wifi and amenities all work great. The only thing I did not realize before is that the house is located toward the top of a steep hill (about 30 minutes walking from lower Sopocachi). It is not a problem because walking is good exercise and if you are tired you can take a taxi but it is good to know. Overall, really recommend this place.

What a country and what an Airbnb, was an amazing location , very safe and peaceful, tye communication was some of the best I have found on the app. I would give ten stars If I Can. Everything worked and was very clean. Will stay again :)

Christal welcomed me warmly, the place was spotless and cozy! Everything matched the description, it's nice in the apartment which is very nice when the nights are cool, the only small point without much importance are the pillows one a little flat and the other very thick. I'd love to stay here again.

Excellent experience, the place is as shown in the photos and description. The area is very quiet and easily accessible. Karina is an excellent host, very communicative, friendly. In short, everything was excellent! I'll be back.

The check In instructions were outlined in a PDF AND 4 videos…and then after being unable to get in turns out the instructions were out of date and he sent me a direct message. Pretty frustrating but he was very responsive. After the initial check in everything went better - with the exception we got severe altitude sickness. Omg! Thiago was very responsive and even woke up at 1am to arrange (and double check) our cab to get us to the airport. The place was the nicest you could imagine and the hottub was much needed (closes at 7pm!!!). However since we were sick we did not really get to enjoy the stay and had to cut the trip short.

The apartment is beautiful, with separate living room, kitchen, bedrooms (2), tastefully decorated in a very tasteful and impeccable way. The bedrooms have lots of light and each one has a large closet. Good quality bedding and towels, and with the down comforter and I didn't feel the cold nights. It is located in Sopocachi, a few blocks from Plaza España, and the cable car. Getting around is very easy. It is ideal for those who want to experience the City of Peace and its extraordinary diversity. Communicating with Male and her husband Diego was smooth and simple. They're great hosts, and they've helped me resolve questions and needs. I will stay in this apartment again every time I come to La Paz.

Chose the apartment for the balcony and the view: absolutely made the correct decision. A bit of a walk to the cable cars.

My stay was great. The apartment has efficient radiators which is a real plus on cold nights with a temperature close to 0°, just like hot water (and not only warm). The bed is large and the mattress is of excellent quality. Within a 10-minute walk, very good restaurants, shopping mall, ATM, supermarket, grocery store, cinema, etc... in addition the host was very available and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Large and clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Christian cleans the place regularly and makes sure everything is okay. Christian is super friendly and provided all kinds of tips about the city and local events. It also helps he speaks English. The internet is a bit slow but other than that a great place for a (long) stay.
